Gigaset pro names ClearVox Interop Comfort Partner

Gigaset pro, provider of innovative unified communications solutions for businesses, names ClearVox, specialist in VoIP software, Interop Comfort Partner. From now on, all Gigaset pro VoIP and SIP products are certified for the ClearVox platform, including the new Maxwell 3 and Maxwell Basic.
Thanks to the Interop Comfort Partner status, resellers can now even more easily provide end users with a complete solution, consisting of Gigaset pro products in combination with the ClearVox platform – with auto provisioning for fast installation. End users can also operate and program Gigaset pro devices – such as devices with BLF function keys – directly via the ClearVox platform, so they no longer have to do this for every separate device. And connecting a new device is even easier thanks to SIP multicast. A list of Gigaset pro devices is automatically generated during the scanning process of new connections to the platform. With just one check mark, the device is included in the system, making it ready for use.
On-premise complete solution for end users
ClearVox specializes in VoIP software and offers a variety of solutions and services for network providers and a national network of accredited and professional ICT partners. Before they were officially certified, the Gigaset pro products passed several tests with flying colors.

About the ClearVox platform
The ClearVox platform provides telephony services in the Benelux. ClearVox offers both on-premise as well as cloud services based on IP PBX. The company prioritizes user friendliness and low investment and call charges. The platform is scalable up to five hundred work stations and provides automated back-up systems, unlimited call recordings and wall boards. ClearVox is exclusively sold through telecom distributor BusinessCom. The platform is also compatible with SIP trunks of many service providers and the MyConnect platform – for which the Gigaset pro products are also certified.
