New explainer videos for the GS195LS senior citizen smartphone

The GS195LS is the first smartphone with an Android-based user interface to be launched by Gigaset that is aimed specifically at senior citizens and older people who have problems with their vision or struggle to get to grips with the technology due to their age. The company has now published new tutorials that help customers set up and understand the senior citizen smartphone.

Learning from customer feedback

“Our service team is in contact day after day with many people, answering their questions and helping to solve their problems,” says Dr. Kurt Aretz, SVP Quality & Service Assurance at Gigaset. “From these calls we have been able to determine what the greatest challenges are for older people in setting up a new telephone or smartphones. Based on this analysis we have produced our new tutorial for the GS195LS.”

As described by Dr. Kurt Aretz, Quality Management at Gigaset has produced six short video tutorials that explain the GS195LS and its functions in full and make it easier to get to grips with the technology.
