Extensive integration of Gigaset pro’s DECT solutions in NFON’s cloud PBX
Gigaset Communications GmbH, a provider of professional communication solutions for small and medium-sized companies, is intensifying its partnership with NFON AG, one of the world’s leading provider of modern telephone systems from the cloud.
The key to the partnership is the extensive integration of Gigaset pro’s DECT solutions in the NFON telecommunications platform. Joint customers benefit from advanced functions such as auto-provisioning for the Gigaset N510, N720 and the cordless phones in the Gigaset pro series. It is also possible to manage extensions entirely from the NFON service portal and add new handsets remotely using auto-provisioning. Business customers have access to the central phone book from the handsets and benefit from access to the PBX menu with its functions such as call forwarding, hot desking and waiting queues.
